Answer:   Our products are made from 100% Genuine Leathers extracted from Lambskin, Cowhide and other animals.  Any product which is made from Faux leather ( which is not real leather ) will be shown in the description.

Answer:   Our products are made in Canada, India and other overseas countries.

Answer:   There is no minimum order unless specified in product page in few cases.

Answer:   We normally ship products within 2 business days.

Question: How long it takes to arrive?
Answer:   Depending upon Public Holidays, it normally takes 8 to 10 Business days to arrive within Canada and USA.

Answer:   Yes, we do ship any permissible country. However, the it may take longer to arrive depending upon destination country.

Answer:   Presently, we do not have repair facilities.
